Boss Mama started when two Malaysian moms, Shakira & Junita, were both exclusively breast pumping our babies and we discovered how hard it was to find good pumping bras that were comfortable, functional and discreet under regular clothing. After struggling with bras that were unattractive and uncomfortable, they took 1 year of research and development to finalise their hero product - The Real-Support Bra. Their bra is now used and loved by many Malaysian moms who wear it everyday during pregnancy, postpartum and even once they've graduated from breastfeeding. Since then, they've explored other pain points in motherhood and have spent countless hours thoughtfully designing solutions for other pain points in motherhood.
